Current Student Registration Procedures for Dillon School District Four

Registration Review Form for Use with Homeroom Teachers (Sample procedures that can be used if homeroom teacher is helping with current student enrollment)

 

General Information

1. Data quality rules must be followed:

 

Students

 

Designated school personnel will give the parent/guardian the Dillon School District Four Current Student Registration Update form.

  • Current Student Registration Form

  • Returning Alternative School Students - notify designated school personnel for scheduling students.

Special Cases that Require Yearly Updates from Parents

 

 

Forms to be Completed By Parent If Not Currently on File

Information to Obtain from Parents

  • Case Number from DSS (If applicable)
  • Medicaid Number from DSS (If applicable)

 

School Lunch Program

  • Free and Reduced Price Meals Application (Do not contact the Cafeteria Manager. This will be handled by the Food Service Office.
  • Send the completed lunch applications to the Food Service Office at 841-4185
  • Food Service will pre-approve the application with a generic lunch status for the student until the application has been processed.
  • Food Service Office will contact the School Cafeteria Manager
