Important Reminders

  • Employees must call at least 1 hour prior to their designated start time. If after this time, you must notify the designated personnel at your school.

  • SmartFind starts calling out mornings at 6:00 and evenings from 5:00 – 9:00.

  • Employees must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start date. An email and call will go out to the substitute. The employee will receive an email only when the position has been filled or cancelled.
