The Dillon Middle School 7th Grade Beginner Band and 8th Grade Concert Band participated in the South Carolina Band Director Association’s Concert Band Festival on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 and Wednesday, March 23, 2016.

The band performed three selections at the event and sightread one selection. A total of five judges evaluated the bands and gave an overall rating. Both bands received a rating of EXCELLENT.
