East Elementary serves a diverse student population of approximately 600 students in grades kindergarten through third grade.  The main building was constructed in 1926 with two additions built in 1986 and 1998.  Our school is located one block from Main Street.  Each classroom has three  computers for students, one teacher computer,  and two printers which enhance our learning environment.  All 5K, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade classes have Promethean boards and document cameras.  All 4K have Promethean boards and will soon have document cameras.
