What is SubFinder? 

Its an employee absence and substitute system. Employee can report an absence, and if a substitute is required, it will be made available to qualified substitutes based on the criteria defined by your human resources department. SubFinder is available 24 / 7 via the telephone and Internet, so you can access the system at any time.

 

Important Reminders

  • Employees must call at least 1 hour prior to their designated start time.  If after this time, you must notify the designated personnel at your school.

  • SubFinder starts calling out mornings at 6:00 and evenings from 5:00 9:00.

  • Employees must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start date.  An email and call will go out to the substitute.  The employee will receive an email only when the position has been filled or cancelled.
