It is more important than ever for parents and guardians to create a Parent Portal account in PowerSchool. We will now use PowerSchool to provide vital information to better serve our students and families.

You can also view your student’s attendance and grades in Parent Portal.

That’s why we ask you to go ahead and create your account today. This easy-to-use guide will walk you through the process.


If you have not already created a Dillon School District Four PowerSchool Parent Portal Account, just follow these steps:

1. You will need a PowerSchool Parent Access ID and Password. Please contact your child’s school for this information.

2. Once you have a Parent Access ID and Password for each of your children, click here and go to the “Create Account” link.

3. Use the same email address for this account as the email address you originally provided to your child’s school.


To create a PowerSchool Parent account:

  1. Click Create Account.
  2. Enter the following information:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
    4. Re-enter Email
    5. Desired Username
    6. Password
    7. Re-enter Password
  3. Enter the following information to Link Student/Students:
    1. Student Name
    2. Access ID
    3. Access Password
    4. Relationship

    The Link Students to Account section must be completed for all of your children at each school.

    ***When you have completed all sections for up to 7 children, click Enter.

  4. Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal using your new Username and Password. Click Sign In.
  5. You are able to view Grades and Attendance, Forms, Fee Balance, etc. for each child.
  6. To Exit and return to the Skooler Parent Portal, click Sign Out.
  7. Click the X in the top right corner of the Window Tab.
