East Elementary serves a diverse student population of approximately 500 students in grades 4K through third grade. The main building was constructed in 1926 with two additions built in 1986 and 1998. Our school is located one block from Main Street. Every third grade student and teacher is provided a 1:1 tablet for school use, and each third grade classroom has an ActivPanel Touch Screen Promethean board.  All other classrooms have three student computers, one teacher computer, two printers and a Promethean board which enhance our learning environment.  All grade levels have document cameras.
