Tablet Problem

Please be sure to let your teacher know the problem you are having.

If you have a problem with any software or website, they will let you know what to do.

If you have trouble with your tablet you will need to provide the barcode number and the issue you are having.

Your teacher will let you know what to do or tell you to bring your tablet in to swap your device.

Remember – General hardware issues are taken care of by the district. Cracked screens, broken off keys, etc the first break is taken care of. Any other neglect issues must be paid for. Refer to the District Tablet Procedures Guide.
